Damage and Returns

Damages*

Should your mirror arrive damaged, We will pick up the damaged mirror and send a repalcement mirror at our cost.

Returns*

Because we are a wholesaler and operate with narrow margins the following conditions apply should you wish to return your mirror because you have changed your mind.

• Sorry NO returns on custom made mirrors or splash backs
• Freight is at your cost and the free freight fee will be reversed (typically $19.95)
• 15% restocking fee applies i.e. mirror cost $100 amount refunded is $85

* you have seven days from receipt of your mirror to file a claim for damage or return.
